The Beginnings- Belching Beaver

When I got this assignment assigned to me, I thought of a place that I had a positive experience with over the last couple of weeks. I had dinner at Belching Beaver in Vista, CA, a couple weeks ago and thought this would be a perfect place. Since I was assigned this project after having dinner there, I had to start from the beginning.

Starting with researching the Vista location and tried to find some contact information. This specific location is only open from 4pm- 9pm, so trying to get in contact with some of the employees and managers will be a little difficult but I believe well worth it. Due to the information they could provide me since recently opening the doors in May 2016. This company has been present in many festivals during SD Beer Week or other events throughout San Diego. They currently have multiple locations in San Diego like, Oceanside, North Park, Ocean Beach and a couple more. I recently ran into them at the SD Brewer’s Guild, which unfortunately, I was unable to conduct an interview to the limited staff they had and the huge amount of attendees. So, I am planning on having dinner in the next week to hopefully ask a manager or my waiter for their opinion on the leadership at this location.

I have recently sent an email to their main contact person for the vista location, but have heard no response. If I hear no response, since this location is near my home, I would go into the restaurant and ask for contact information to then try an get ahold of someone to then try to begin the interview process. I know this will not be easy since the hours of operations are limited but I am up for the challenge and excited to hear about what Belching Beaver can provide me.
